The PathHunter® Cell-Based Kinase Screening and Profiling Service leverages DiscoveRx's proprietary Enzyme Fragment Complementation (EFC) Assay Technology in a whole cell platform enabling customers to interrogate and characterize compounds in a cellular context. This robust cell assay platform provides customers with key potency and selectivity data against an expanding portfolio of tyrosine kinases and a powerful solution to support identification and elucidation of a diverse range of chemical and biological entities and mechanisms of action including non-ATP competitive inhibitors, ligand binding inhibitors and dimerization inhibitors. This service affords researchers flexible options and multiple screening parameters including dose response (EC50) and single concentration screens in agonist or antagonist mode against any number of compounds.
